Kayla started her career in Marketing & PR and soon after established herself as a self-taught Graphic Designer, giving her a well-rounded set of skills. Kayla’s passionate about working with social enterprises as well as ethical and sustainable businesses and has mostly worked with amazing brands as such, across the lifestyle and fashion industry. She loves all things creative, whether it is content creation, setting up dreamy scenes for photoshoots or designing beautiful EDM’s for clients!

Erin began her marketing journey after University and has worked with so many incredible companies. With over 10 years experience, she has loved helping brands create and execute their vision. Coming up with ideas and business strategies is an element that she love's to explore with brands. A mum of two with a passion for music, Mountain Biking, the beach, Interior Architecture and design and so much more.

Creative Designer
Pat is originally from Bangkok, and now lives in the most beautiful place on earth, Byron Bay. Throughout her journey, Pat has fostered a profound passion for the visual arts, particularly in the captivating realms of fashion, beauty, and wellness. This love has driven her to dedicate over a decade of her professional life to the dynamic field of fashion e-commerce, both on a global scale and within Australia. When Pat isn't in creative/design mode she loves taking her daughter (her fur baby) to the park and for long beach walks. She is an avid foodie, pilates enthusiast, and (recovering) online shopaholic, and absolutely loves being part of the team at Desert Rose!
